The 2022 Rite Way Conferences are an exciting learning opportunity for Scottish Rite Masons and will feature a variety of powerful topics, including:

• Mentoring Mystique
• Philanthropies at the Supreme Council, Orient, and Valley Levels
• Master Craftsman Education
• Membership Opportunities, Incentives and Engagements
• Leadership Transition to the Next Generation

Keynote Speaker, Most Worshipful & Imperial Sir Jeff Sowder, 33°, will lead off each of these two-day conferences with his presentation "Developing and Empowering New Leaders”. Grand Archivist Arturo de Hoyos will lead a Friday evening Scottish Rite Q & A, and the weekend will conclude with a 1-hour Town Hall-style meeting with Sovereign Grand Commander, Ill. James D. Cole, 33°.

The Rite Way Conferences will be held in three cities, providing easy travel from most parts of the Scottish Rite Southern Jurisdiction.

• San Diego, CA, April 8-9
